Tim

Tim an toon from dandy's world. He's a mouse toon and he's has blind tunnel vision and he can't see out of he right eye. Tim is a very happy toon and does not let his disability effect him. But let's get to how he looks his left eye is gray and his right eye is black and purple but its is covered by an eyepatch he wears a purple bow tie and top hat. He is also seen with a walking cane sometimes.
