Voltaire is a genetically modified human who is apart of the space exploration Volkan Squad-A paired up with 8 other partners: Alpha(Male), Cypher(Male), Delta(Male), Echo(Male), Ghost(Male), Storm(Male), Tsunami(Female), X-Ray(Female). He was made into a child soldier and was sent to space at the ripe age of 18. Voltaire uses a blade and can instantly catch charge and be use as a lightning bolt. He is Dependable, Loyal, and Smart.
