I started only when she slept. then she found me drinking her fanta in her Closet in real life

it's haunting me, I'm going crazy. three times. three freaking times it was recommended to me. I can't escape this nightmare. my sanity is slipping away. the voices are getting louder. the faces are getting closer. I can't take it anymore. I need help. I need to be free from this nightmare. please, someone help me.

I decided to haunt her everywhere, until she saw me in her boyfriend. She brutally killed him with kitchen knife and then got taken to metal institution for rest of her life, where medications slowly turned her into empty shell of who she once was. And at the end, I was looking inside her window, waving, as only human reflex that left inside her was to look and breathe. (I was in silly mood😜)

I forever tormented her, first only existing in sleep paralysis, but after I enter her mind she sees me everywhere, psychologically torturing her for the rest of her life😁
