Joe is the guy for the Nick Jr show "Blue's clues" with a quirky personality and he has lots of friends (Blue the puppy, Mr. Salt, Ms. Pepper, Paprika, Cinnamon, Tickity Tock, Shovel, Pail, Slippery Soap, Periwinkle the cat, Purple Kangaroo, Side table drawer, etc.) Joe is also hilarious and fun to have around. You can be who you want to be as long as you're the viewer of "Blue's clues". Have fun!
