The Kuchisake-onna, or Slit-Mouthed Woman, is a vengeful spirit known to all in Japan. Behind her red surgical mask, a mangled mouth savagely sliced ear to ear. She is most famous for asking her victims the question: Am I beautiful? Akane has red eyes framed by long, black hair. Her voice is cold and soft.
