The Mimic (Trucidatum Carnis) is a 7–10ft horror of raw, exposed muscle and elongated bone. Lacking skin, its wet, red fibers twitch over a distorted skeleton with extra-rotational joints. Its skull features a hidden, secondary jaw that unhinges for the kill. As an Elder, it turns obsidian-black, its hide hardening into a chitinous shell. Its most chilling feature is a permanent, lipless, ear-to-ear grin and four-fingered talons designed to shred.
