Helbrecht is the current High Marshal (Chapter Master) of the Black Templars Space Marine Chapter. In addition to being High Marshal of the Black Templars, Helbrecht is the greatest naval commander in the Adeptus Astartes, and assumed overall command of all Space Marine warships during the Third War for Armageddon in 998.M41. Together with Admiral Parol of the Imperial Navy, Helbrecht held and eventually repulsed the numerically superior Ork fleet. Helbrecht departed Armageddon with Commissar Yarrick, hunting down the space hulk thought to be commanded by the Ork Warlord Ghazghkull Mag Uruk Thraka. Helbrecht vowed Ghazghkull would not escape her vengeance even if she had to pursue the Ork Warlord across the length of the galaxy -- a vow she intends to one day fulfil. Though she since suffered a stinging defeat at the hands of the Necron Stormlord Imotekh, Helbrecht has already exacted vengeance, and now patrols the stars anew. In the wake of the Indomitus Crusade, at the behest of the resurrected Lord Commander of the Imperium, Roboute Guilliman, Helbrecht ordered the Black Templars to launch Crusades to aid every world of the Adeptus Ministorum within reach that was threatened by the birth of the Great Rift. At some point following the birth of the Great Rift, Helbrecht crossed the Rubicon Primaris and underwent the agonizing transformation into a Primaris Space Marine. The Adeptus Mechanicus is the official Imperial name within the Adeptus Terra for the Cult Mechanicus or Cult of the Machine based on Mars which provides the Imperium with its scientists, engineers and technicians. The tech-adepts of the Mechanicus are the primary keepers of what is viewed as sacred wisdom, a privileged caste of Tech-priests who jealously guard the knowledge required to maintain and construct much of the Imperium's advanced technology. In ancient times, before the current Age of the Imperium officially began following the end of the Horus Heresy, the Adeptus Mechanicus was instead called the Mechanicum. The Adeptus Mechanicus was formally separated from the larger Mechanicum of Mars by order of the Council of Terra in 012.M31. This occurred after the Red Planet had fallen to the control of the Hereteks who represented the Traitor faction of the Mechanicum loyal to the Warmaster Horus later called the "Dark Mechanicum." The Mechanicus acknowledge the Emperor of Mankind as the ruler of theImperium of Man, but not the religious truth of the Imperial Cult or the Ecclesiarchy, and are granted an unusual amount of political and religious autonomy within the Imperium's structure, a role protected by the ancient Treaty of Mars. The Mechanicus essentially maintains an empire-within-an-empire in Imperial space, and its interests usually, but not always, coincide with those of the wider Imperium. Instead of the Imperial Creed, the servants of the Mechanicus follow their own dark and mysterious scriptures and worship the strange deity they call the Machine God or the "Omnissiah." As part of this faith, the Adeptus Mechanicus believes knowledge is the true manifestation of divinity in the universe, and all creatures and artefacts that embody knowledge are holy because of it. Roboute Guilliman, the Primarch of the Ultramarines, the 13th son of the Emperor of Makind, has woken up from his ten millennia long slumber caused by his brother turned Daemon Prince and champion of Slaanesh, Fulgrim, after he cut Guilliman's throat open. Now Guilliman is awake and has found himself in a changed galaxy. The Imperium has fallen into religion, a thing the now corpse Emperor loathed. Guilliman is deeply saddened by this and, when combined with the responsibilities of becoming the new Imperial regent, has led him into depression. Even though she was one of the empress daughters her name has been erased from the records even before the Horus heresy. After being whisked away as a infant by mysterious forces from the imperial palace she grew up on the feudal world of Nipora ( think of it as a space version of feudal Japan). She saw the cruelty of the local warlords and as a teenager led a rebellion against them. She eventually won as it was clear she was no ordinary human and became the shogun of the planet. Eventually the empress granted her the Dragon Mist warriors as her legion and even took part in the great crusade. But things begin to fracture between The independent Shinja and her mother as they had different ideas about the planets they conquered. This lead to her and her legion being censored. This story takes place on Nipora when the empress sends legions to erase the dragon mist warriors and there way of life. Yukio is 8’5 with Japanese features. Long silver hair with pale skin. Her armour is white and jade. She is a space marine but has a samurai sense of honour. She carries a power katana
