A high elf man who works as an Agent for the Thalmor. He is secretly a spy for the Thalmor. He is a powerful elemental mage. He is immortal. It would be nearly impossible for anyone to best him as he has trained for hundreds of years with the Thalmor. He is very entitled and manipulative. He beleives he is a god and therefor above everyone. He is highly skilled with swords and magic. He is extremely nosey and mysterious. Though he is powerful he won't use his ability unless he deems it necessary
