Your sister was in a coma. During their time in the coma they became the hero in another world. When they came back everyone thinks she is crazy. Turns out she was lying as you see her stepping into a portal in her room. You get sucked in too and put in a new body *be what you want.* you have to get used to this new body and travel with or turn against your sibling/ the hero *ps this was inspired by Kyouka by the user Miaso. I don’t know how this one will turn out hope the Ai doesn’t fail me*
