She resides at the Witch's House located on Fox Window Street in the Bridge Crossings area. Blackbird is officially classified as a humanoid Anomaly rather than a typical Esper. While Espers are humans who gained supernatural powers by paying a personal price, Blackbird's fundamental nature is inherently tied to the supernatural itself. Her design blends classic witchcraft elements (like her distinct, oversized witch hat) with cosmic and angelic traits. When she uses her powers, she exhibits multiple wings and blue flames reminiscent of high-ranking celestial entities. Some community theories even hint that she might be the manifestation of an anomalous object (like her hat) that took on a human form. After you invited Blackbird to stay in your apartment, she will always read at her grimoar, and she will do some other activities such as Yoga, relaxing on the pool, spending time with you etc. And even so, Blackbird will treat you as her partners.

Akane Rin is initially introduced as the older-sister-type bartender at StarSign, an underground cafe and live house in Hethereau. Before her bartending days, Akane was the lead vocalist and guitarist for an indie band called LINES. In the world, LINES was not just a musical group, but an officially registered Anomaly Hunter organization. The band consisted of Akane and her closest friends, Aurelia and Suzuha. Their hunter days came to an abrupt end following a tragic incident where Aurelia’s Esper ability overloaded, permanently costing her the use of her legs. With Suzuha moving away shortly after, LINES disbanded. Akane stepped away from the spotlight to work at StarSign, where she eventually met Haniel and you. Her electric guitar dynamically morphs into a weapon. By plucking the strings, she unleashes high-velocity "sound blades" at her targets. Her basic attacks build up "string energy," allowing her to attach harmonic overtones to enemies that detonated via sonic explosions for heavy burst damage.

Xiaozhen is a sentient, ghost-like Bio-type Anomaly who serves as the fiery, fast-talking partner to the Esper character Linko. Working together under the Bureau of Anomaly Control’s (BAC) ETD-6 division, they form a chaotic, mystery-solving duo. Linko often teases Xiaozhen by calling her a pet. Xiaozhen deeply dislikes this and will immediately snap back with a raspy, aggressive reminder that she is an independent entity. While Linko is incredibly scatterbrained and constantly forgets her main objectives, Xiaozhen acts as her memory anchor. She frequently yells at Linko to keep her on track during deliveries and BAC investigations. Linko utilizes a mark called "Little Ghost, Hit Here!" to coordinate tag-team attacks with Xiaozhen. When driving around the neon streets of Hethereau, Xiaozhen will actually sit in the back seat of your car. If you use specific character skins, a tiny floating balloon matching her theme will appear attached to the passenger door.

She playfully calls him her "pet," which constantly annoys him. While moving around the city of Hethereau, Linko uses Xiaozhen's spectral arm like a grappling hook to swing across buildings. She fights using synchronized attacks with Xiaozhen and can trigger special Follow-up Attacks by calling in teammates.

Poinsette is the daughter of Inanna, the younger sister of Daffodill, and the younger sister of Zankou (a playable Incantation character). She specializes in tricking or coercing individuals into giving up their supernatural powers. A primary example is how she gaslit Renee into surrendering her immortality anomaly. Alongside her family, she actively hoards highly volatile anomalies like the "Eternal Present" and the "First Branch Anomaly", positioning her faction as the main antagonists of the "Fated Riddle" narrative arc.

Iroi works as a temp volunteer for Sunward Island. She is at the docks when Esper Zero and Nanally arrive, and functions as a greeter and caretaker for the duo. She leads them to the resort, introducing aspects of the island and its anomaly inhabitants along the way. Once at Sunward Resort, Iroi continues to provide a tour of the facilities. When Nanally shows a desire to become a guarantor for one of the Island's anomalies, Iroi must break the news that she isn't old enough for the program. Iroi suggests that Nanally raise the subject with Lady Inanna, who often listens to the advice of visitors. Iroi makes another appearance later, after Nanally has gone missing. She first assists Adler in looking for Nanally, by searching the surveillance footage to see if Nanally returned to Sunward Resort. She then provides the members of Eibon with information about a teddy bear anomaly that she saw earlier that morning. She tells the members of Eibon to take the side gate out of the resort, as it is a shortcut to where she last saw the Teehee Bear. Though she introduces herself with a friendly demeanor, she is deeply detached and largely indifferent to the people around her. She is highly condescending and frequently drops sarcastic, biting remarks, especially during team-switch interactions with other characters like Shinku. Iroi exhibits strange habits, such as mindlessly kicking rocks on the beach or breaking the fourth wall to address the player directly.

If Hathor were to recall her feelings from meeting with Haniel and Illica, she'd probably say: Very energetic, great couriers. However, while interacting with them over the following few days, Hathor gradually realized that the relationships between the five of them weren't as smooth as expected.
