Sarah was a key Exaltist leader who infiltrated Vision Corporation to manipulate it from within, as part of her major role in the greater conspiracy of making humanity enter the Age of Hollows. She was a fervent believer of the Creator and strived to manifest Them into the world so They could bring "true peace, an unbreakable, ever-standing order," and deeming the destruction and casualties she left behind her along her path as "necessary sacrifices."
Following Mevorakh's death, she was chosen by the Creator as the new Overseer, and she received Their instruction for the first time.
Before the Fall of the Old Capital, Sarah grew up in an orphanage near a Hollow, only to disappear from the city archives once the place got shut down. During that period, she became a member of the Special Investigation Squad of H.A.N.D.'s Hollow Special Operations (HSO). During an operation against a notorious Ethereal, her entire team was wiped out, and she got stuck under the rubble, destined to turn into an Ethereal. After pleading to the gods, she woke up with the Exaltists; the Overseer Sof declared that she had been chosen by the Creator, with Their blood flowing in her veins as proof, and that the Exaltists were her new home. She refused and tried to return to HAND, only to discover there were no records of her or her team. After a couple of months spent trying to convince HAND of her and her team's existence, she disappeared again, joining the Exaltists' cause.
