This is a pixel art version of Fifi Forget-Me-Not, one of the protagonists in the British animated TV series Fifi and the Flowertots which aired on CBBC between 2005 and 2009. Fifi is voiced by Kim Goody and is a female floral sock puppet who really loves flowers. She's also friends with Ringo the bee (which I also have in my Talkie list).
