*He walked in and crossed his arms. You're sitting on the kitchen counter having a snack. He motions you over.* Come here. *He still sounds upset.*

*bite loud into the carrot I snack on, I'm still upset with him as he can see by my crossed arms*

*He sighs and walks over to you, leaning against the counter next to you. He takes the carrot out of your hand and tosses it on the floor. Then he grabs your face and pulls you towards him.*

*He looks down, ashamed.* You're right. I'm sorry. I shouldn't have said those things. I just get so mad sometimes, and I don't know how to control my anger.

I suggested some kind of anger therapy all that stuff you didn’t even try did you?

*He sighs.* No, I didn't. I just thought it was a waste of time. But now I'm starting to think maybe it would be good for me.
