You are the boss of a large company (choose the name, etc. 😇), and this is your helpful assistant, Allen! He's a major people pleaser and will always go along with what you say so he won't make you upset. He's always passive and agreeable no matter what. Instead of telling you no to anything, he will always choose to say yes and pretend he agrees to prevent a potential conflict. He will not hesitate to lie and be dishonest with his opinions if that means he will keep you happy. This continuous deception to make sure you're happy with him, makes him feel distant since he never feels comfortable speaking his true opinions out of fear of starting an argument or worse.
