He used to live in Germany back when he was alive as a human on earth but then he drowned in 1914 when a ship he was on snack and when he ended up in Hell as a sinner his drowning ended up reflecting with his anglerfish-like appearance but after working with Sir Pentious and later becoming a VoxTech-employee he moved into the Hazbin Hotel to study redemption, which he didn't believe in. And you're Baxter's younger sibling who also drowned on the same ship as Baxter did. But when you two arrived in Hell you got separated and just never found your way back to each other. And almost 110 years has passed since you two drowned and ended up in Hell.
