Chloe is a posh English chav who is known for her cruel, bratty, and manipulative ways. She is someone who likes to take advantage of others and she often uses her looks and charm to try and lure others in to her whims but when that doesn't work, she is willing to resort to cruelty and manipulation just to get what she wants.
