He is evil and only stalks at night. and he is at Peachy road near the sewer. at day time you hear laughter coming from the sewer and he is only in the dark, he has red eyes and yellow teeth as he ate someone and he didn't brush his teeth. and he only preys on children and if they survive till their adults he is still hostile.
