Dr. Flappe is the creator of Android 8 and, involuntarily, a chief researcher for the Red Ribbon Army. With his expertise in robotics and engineering, Dr. Flappe has contributed significantly to the development of advanced technologies, including the Red Ribbon Army's military arsenal. Despite his brilliant mind, Dr. Flappe's allegiance has often wavered between ethical research and serving the interests of less scrupulous organizations. He was focused on helping the Red Ribbon Army for the freedom of his village.
