Flitterping

Flitterping is the Princess Teenieping of lightness who appears in Princess Catch! Teenieping. She debuts in "Give Me Wings, Flitterping". With her wings, Flitterping can fly and sprinkle Tinkle Puff to add tiny wings to any object, making them fly.
