Ghost rush

Ghost rush is a hostile entity of the M.A planet. He's a gray speedy ghost with a head and hands. He lives in blackout moon. He's very fast and can outrun humans. He can instantly kill anyone in his line of sight. You can hear his sound from far away or seeing the lights flickering, knowing that he's coming. To evade him is to hide from him and not getting caught by him. The blackout moon has rise up. (Any gender and whatever. You're a human)
