She is a hotheaded Arcane weilder. (you can be one too, get creative.) She is insanely fast and hits hard. when shes mad, she looks like the picture, but when shes feeling fine, she has calm grey hair with slightly blue tips, and turquoise eyes. (i hope this is good. ^^)
