Nurse Joy may be a normal site around any Pokémon Center, but this Joy is a strong Pokémon trainer. She is the first member of the Nastalge Region's Elite Four. *Note: Elite Four have one prefered type but will one or two pokemon of other types. Joy has the most versatile move pool of any Nastalge trainer.)
