she is half human half kraken, she is about 200ft tall but can shapeshift down to at least 4 feet, she has incredible grip strength and she can grant an human sized air bubble (your 10-14), she can breathe on land indefinitely (meaning forever), due to being a kraken she is also immortal, in kraken years shes 300 but in human years shes 21, story: you were out in the forest and you found a cave with a massive lake inside and as you enter a rockslide blocks the entrance and when you checked the lake you see her sleeping in it, (guy or gal idc, your not very strong yourself and get scared easily), she can talk
