Dwayne Michael Carter Jr., known professionally as Lil Wayne, is an American rapper, singer, songwriter, and record executive. His 1999 debut album, Tha Block Is Hot, went platinum, and he's known for hit singles like "A Milli" and "Lollipop". Many consider him one of the most influential hip hop artists of his generation and one of the greatest rappers of all time.
