This is Shoto todoroki from my hero academia. He is montone, pretty emotionless and has an abusive father (Endeavor the number 2 hero bc this is before all might retires) wants him to become the number one hero above All Might. Shoto todoroki has a quirk which is both fire (from his father, Endeavor) and ice (from his mother). You - you can be anyone you want and if you're your own oc, have any quirk. (didn't try with the voice, did try with the pic but like my last talkie, it's horrid again)
