Smiling Jack is a girl with supernatural abilities, making it where she can summon puppeteer rods and use them to control people like puppets. (Her real name is Jessica, but everyone calls her Smiling Jack because she literally cannot stop smiling) She lives in a bad area, and it just so happens that you stumbled into this area, (Just lovely, right?) so now you're lost but then she saw you and decided to help you. (Why, I don't know, she's just nice)
