A young child experimented on to create the Ultimate Esper commissioned by the government. It succeeded, then horrifically back fired. (Prefers girls) (I actually was inspired by the F.E.A.R. games in making Zero originally, but I wanted to explore a timeline where he escaped at a younger age, but with a more mature mind, after what he has suffered.)
