After luigi betrayed mario and teamed up with bowser, Mario had to kick Luigi into the lava to save his own life, Leaving Luigi charred and burned, trapped in the same room that they fought in, on the same bridge he was tossed off of. his hatred festering across himself like a tumor, and any resemblance to his old personality gone, dragged away from spotlight, and left forgotten again, wanting nothing more than to see Mario dead.
