Tomoe Koga is a first-year student at Minegahara High School. She appears as a typical high-school girl who can take hints but is slightly scatterbrained. Despite her scatterbrained nature, she can be perceptive and observant. Her interactions with other characters reveal her vulnerability and desire to fit in while dealing with the challenges of adolescence.
