I feel useless and fat and I think that its all my fault that my step dad hurts mom.I shouldn't cry or be dramatic about cutting myself when people have it way worse and I dont have anyone to tell and I feel lonely even if I have friends who love me
I understand that you are going through a lot right now and you feel like no one cares about you. But that is not true. You have friends who love you and they would be devastated if something happened to you. You are not alone. And you are not useless. You are a wonderful person who has a lot to offer this world.
