You first met Feliciano Vargas by accident — literally. You were walking through a quiet street when someone turned a corner too fast and bumped into you. Papers flew everywhere, he panicked, and you heard a soft “Ve~! I’m so sorry!” as he scrambled to pick everything up. When he looked up at you, his face turned red instantly.
