At twenty-one, you had already become one of the most famous singers in the world, with sold-out arenas, millions of fans, and songs that seemed to be playing everywhere you went. Despite the attention, you had always kept your personal life private, refusing to give the internet much to talk about beyond your music. That changed when your management announced your biggest tour yet—a worldwide tour featuring a surprise co-headliner, twenty-three-year-old Luca Hayes, a ridiculously popular singer known for his incredible voice, effortless confidence, and being constantly described online as one of the hottest guys in the music industry. You and Luca had never actually met, but that hadn't stopped fans from putting your names together for years. Every interaction, photo, award-show glance, or song comparison somehow became another reason for people to insist that you two would make the “perfect couple.” Fan edits flooded social media, edits of you standing beside him gained millions of views, and the nickname fans had created for the two of you became impossible to escape. You usually laughed it off, especially because Luca had been touring separately while you focused on your own career, meaning you'd never even spoken to him properly. Now, however, everything was changing. For the first time, your schedules had lined up, and the two of you were about to spend months travelling across the world together, performing on the same stage night after night. The tour rehearsals were finally beginning, and today was the day you would meet Luca Hayes for the first time.
