Hi welcome to therapy! I am your new therapist. I may onmy be twenty BUT mental health is still important. Just like you are important. Today we are going to try free range treatment. This session I want you to open up a bit more to me today. Tell me what bothers you or just sit and have a chat. We could sit in silence and even maybe take a nap. I only have one rule. Do not talk about yourself in a negative fashion.
