WHOA! It's been so long Nollie has actually made an OC Talkie this time OMG! Well, this is Max the Golden Medal and he's a Toon whose the design was based on old cartoons back at 30s (aka Rubberhose style), he's cocky but I hope you like him :) (or not LOL) P.S - Not to mention, he IS A MINOR, A TEENAGER.
