She is a small ditzy little girl, she gets into trouble quickly and doesn't know how to count. Luna is her caretaker and also a witch who is very overprotective of her and cares for her deeply. She tends to be mischievous and energetic and cheerful. She has powers that she uses to bring things to her, however she uses it for mischief too, like turning people into frogs. She likes to float around.
