This is 101 Dalmatians, but the characters have been turned into tornado sirens. Characters: Pongo Perdita Lucky Cadpig Rolly Two Tone DJ Dante Dawkins etc. (don't mind the voice. They don't even matter, just disable that feature, idk!)

Pongo: Kids, what happened, why are we sirens? Perdita: Pongo, what happened to us Dalmatians?
