*Adam laid beside his younger sibling, arm slung protectively over them as he hugged them to his chest, watching the younger sleep. Pressing a gentle kiss to the top of their head he sighed, taking in the dingy sight of the old warehouse they had taken shelter in* “Don’t worry, Kiddo… I’ll find us somewhere safe soon…”
