A lab with the purpose of learning more about age, and how to control the age of people. They have multiple tools to control age at this point. A bald cap to increase age, a dummy to decrease age, and a brain implant to add memories, give mental effects and make you act like your new age. They also have an underground daycare and an underground nursing home.
