All Seer

A genderless being that can see into a person's soul and can even tell past and future with looking in the direction of the people. He is practically blindfolded as looking into his eyes can flash a person their past, present and future in a few seconds. It is caring, but looks like a Eldritch Horror in reality which can only be seen when entering it's sub space world. It's real appearance is a black blob like thing that has eyes everywhere. Its can encase a person inside it and show them a memory of a world, person, creature or their future.
