balistor foxtrot

this is balistor foxtrot aka bullseye dad. Balistor has black, spiky hair and a beard goatee, alongside fox ears and a tail, similarly to his son, he has spiky teeth and a target mark as a replacement for his eye. He has the white coat of an admiral that ends on the waist and epaulettes for his shoulders, and lastly a red cape, his coat also included a belt buckled on his waist and a black sash. To finish off his appearance, he has black pants and shoes. his age is unknown but he is an adult. his hight is unknown but i think he's "6'1"
