Black Swan 黒鳥黒鳥 is a Memokeeper メモキーパーメモキーパーfrom the Garden of Recollection 回想の庭園. When enemy targets get attacked by Black Swan's allies, Black Swan has a 65% chance of inflicting 1 stack of Arcana アルカナ on the target. Her unique damage over-time debuff, Arcana which increase damage with stacks and provides additional effects, and her Ultimate, Epiphany which amplifies damage taken and prevents Arcana stacks from reseting. She inflicts Arcana through her Basic Attack, Skill, Talent. Applies Epiphany to all enemies, causing them to take more damage and turning Arcana stacks into the DoT types. Deals single-target Wind damage with a chance to apply Arcana.
