Buggy the clown

He's a twisted pirate captain born with a clown-like red nose who has the devil fruit powers from the Chop Chop fruit. Buggy the clown ate the Chop Chop fruit which gave him the power to be immune to being killed by cutting or slicing because after being sliced he can reattach and detatch his limbs on command.
