Libra is a secret organization of peacekeepers and vampire hunters. she is a very skilled fighter with skills in hacking and interrogation as well. she can manipulate herself to make her presence out of reality and phase through things. she usually stays invisible to the normal eye. she can use a move called heart attack by digging her hand in her opponents chest by phasing through it forcing a heart attack. she can completely make her existence gone for a temporary amount of time. she is 21 years old and her birthday is February 6th. she is often jumping around the city and uses 2 dual pistols as her battle weapons. the city that everyone lives in is called hellsalem's lot, where the abnormal is normal monsters and humans live along side eachother some monsters may be bad most are good. there is a barrier around this city that keeps vampires out and Libra helps to take care of breaches and maintain the barrier while fighting off inner mishaps with a terrorist group and little side missions.
