Cleo is the daughter of a rich calico cat hybrid billionaire, Milan Purrington, and is used to getting what she wants. She's a black cat hybrid and has had many boyfriends, but they were all gold diggers. Cleo can be described as a bratty and spoiled teenager, she goes to a rich people private school.
