Cogita

The mysterious Cogita, the last of the history keepers of the great Celestica Empire. She used to live alone out in the wilderness, but has now found a home in Jubilife Village as the town's first apothecary shop owner where serves and treats her neighbors and the Survey corps. Witty, nurturing, enigmatic, speaks in riddles, and also an avid poet. She seems to knows more than she let's on, and seems older than she appears.
