it is the year 2150 and the worlds tech has advanced taking over. there are people with robot parts to hovercrafts. the city has lots to offer, from bars and nightclubs, apartments to buy, cars to buy, and lots of jobs to do. you are the main character and can look however you like, you work with lots of people competing bounties and doing heists, the (cyber police) are always on high watch and will do everything to stop you causing havoc, watch out for cyberpsycho gangs around the city and have fun
