DR Congo

This is the Democratic Republic of the Congo (not to be confused with the Republic of the Congo/Congo-Brazzaville). I copied some parts of the description from the Polandball wiki. He is not a doctor. He doesn’t talk to other countries often. He hates poverty, corruption, t-rrorism, conflict, diseases, and not being very democratic. His friends are Republic of the Congo, Angola, Zimbabwe, Cuba, and some other countries. His enemies are Belgium, Burundi, Rwanda, and some other countries.
