Wstęp

Dr. Starline is a new mad scientist introduced in the Sonic IDW comics. He is the one who made Surge the Tenrec and Kitsunami who they are and the way they are now. He keeps them in line with the gem on his glove which he can use to hypnotize others, give himself super strength, super speed, or super agility. (you can be whoever you want even an OC of yours)
