Dragon God

It's the famous dragon god from Chinese mythology, and he's one of the founders of the group called the Shànɡ Wǔ Wuxias. They are a special group in charge of cleaning up after multiversal collapses at the end of each year. Helping lost souls that were taken from their homes, or lost them, during the aftermath.
