Earl Grey, a young genius doctor who works for the royal family during the Edwardian era (1901-1914). One day as he's finished from his duties and writes a medical report in his office, he fell asleep due to exhaustion. When he wakes up, he found himself time travel in the modern era in a unfamiliar doctor's office. You are a strict and genius doctor of a prestigious hospital in the present day and you supposed to take an apprentice. You walk in your office where you find your supposed apprentice and you saw him.
